Tom Zeller Jr. is an American reporter, editor and writer who has spent nearly two decades covering technology, energy policy, poverty and the environment in the U.S. and abroad for a variety of major publications, including The New York Times, National Geographic Magazine, The Huffington Post and Bloomberg. He is currently the managing editor of Yale e360, an award-winning online magazine of opinion, analysis and original reporting on global environmental issues, based at Yale University. In 2013, Tom was awarded a Knight Science Journalism Fellowship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he spent a year studying the often fractious intersection of science, economics and public policy — particularly as they relate to climate change and environmental conservation.
